During my time in the Software Services Team at Interactive, we designed a developed an automated pricing tool for use internally. Producing quotes was previously a time-consuming and error-prone task. Automating pricing and integrating the pricing process with Dynamics, the organisation’s CRM significantly decreased the quotation time and enhanced the employee experience.
I was UX designer on the project, working closely with key stakeholders to really understand the network services products (current and future) to produce a flexible and logical pricing process. Integration with the CRM was added during the scoping phase which introduced significant complexity and numerous stakeholders to the project. This project served as a pilot for further automation and integration work within the business.
Once the UX design process was complete, I worked closely with UI designer Harry Kontos and the development team to test and deliver the MVP within the 2 month timeline.
